Welcome to Owain John Personal/Group training Ltd. Over the last eight years I have proved to be the answer to many 100’s of peoples health and fitness ambitions.

My Clients are absolute priority, I am interested in you. Nothing is generalised and nothing is a fad. I listen to your goals and design the correct route to accurately guide you through your health and fitness journey – whatever that may be.

This is a unique service where you are the focus, making sure you know exactly how to achieve your goal is our absolute aim.

Our varied yet detailed knowledge of the body allows us to work with a huge variety of people from the morbidly obese to elite athletes. From hip replacement rehabilitation to complete body transformations. From running your first 5k to athletic performance goals we are able to help and guide our clients through the stages they need to follow to achieve the best they can from their bodies.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Owain - he's calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. Flexibility was key for me, with Owain accommodating this by having sessions both at my home, outside and at the gym. He's also really encouraging, telling me to focus on inch loss for my wedding day rather than solely focusing on weight loss. The thing I enjoyed the most was the actual workouts, we had enough rest in between sets that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap - but boy, did I feel it the next day! Owain has also helped me gain confidence, knowledge and also enjoy going to the gym. Highly recommend!

So I was 7 months postpartum with my first baby, I had always been fit and active before getting pregnant, so when I fell pregnant I was unfortunately very sick up to 25+ weeks, and had to give up my main exercise (horse riding) due to being pregnant which made me gain a lot of weight, paired with a difficult birth and breast feeding I literally stopped all exercise for a year, so I was extremely unfit and a lot bigger than what I had ever been in my life which had a big impact on my mental heath.

Working with the Owain online has given me the structure and the motivation I needed to lose weight. I now go to the gym with an exact plan to follow and come home to a food plan that really works. I don’t’ feel like I’m on a diet (I’m eating loads!) but my weight is dropping every week and my energy is getting better and better
